How to Use ChatGPT to Create a Custom Letter of Recommendation

Did you know you can use ChatGPT to quickly and easily make a beautifully written letter of recommendation for your staff members? This is for busy managers looking to streamline their daily tasks.

Here’s the ChatGPT prompt: Write a letter of recommendation for (insert staff members name) and include your name, your position and company name.

Add in 3 attributes and valuable contributions  the employee has made to the company as well as how many years they have worked for you, and then click send.

Also include if you were recommending them for another company, or for a nursing program. In my case I write a lot of these for estheticians, wanting to get into nursing programs or med schools.

These used to take me so long to do, and now take me 90 seconds and look and sound so professional. 

Copy and paste what ChatGPT created into a google doc, fill in any additional information, add your signature at the end, save as PDF and you’re done!
